This national role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, helping to shape the future of our business across a diverse and innovative product portfolio—from cleaning chemicals and dosing equipment to state-of-the-art machinery.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Drive Growth: Manage and grow existing distributor accounts, driving sales across the full Diversey UK portfolio.
* Partner Engagement: Collaborate with channel partners to create and implement business plans that support mutual growth.
* Account Focus: Dedicate 75% of your time to developing existing accounts and 25% to securing new distributor partnerships.
* Customer Excellence: Deliver outstanding service, meeting contractual commitments and creating added value for partners.
* Relationship Building: Foster strong, multi-level relationships within distributor organizations to support long-term success.
* Business Planning & Marketing: Lead strategic business reviews and coordinate with marketing on impactful channel campaigns.
* Be the Go-To Partner: Establish Diversey as the distributor’s partner of choice through insight, innovation, and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, with a strong track record of success in managing channel or distributor partnerships.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong financial and strategic thinking, with experience in pricing, deal formulation, and negotiation.
* Sector Insight (a plus): Experience in contract cleaning, facilities management, hotels, restaurants and catering, food and beverage or healthcare sectors.
* Collaborative Mindset: A team player who thrives in partnership environments and knows how to motivate and align distributor teams.
