Job Overview
We are recruiting an experienced
Head Chef
for a well-established hospitality business in Co. Cork. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and leading a professional culinary team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, a passion for quality food, and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for day-to-day kitchen operations
* Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Menu planning and development using seasonal ingredients
* Stock control, ordering, and cost management
* Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role
* Strong people management and organisational skills
* Ability to lead a team and maintain standards under pressure
* Solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance
