Overview
Our client, one of Ireland’s most respected mid-tier law firms, is seeking to appoint a talented corporate solicitor (4–8 PQE) to join its well-established, collaborative, and highly regarded corporate team. The team advises on transactions typically valued between €5–50 million across a wide range of sectors. Responsibilities
* Advise on a broad range of corporate law and M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and investments.
* Draft and negotiate share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and other key corporate documents.
* Provide clear, practical company law advice to a diverse client base.
* Work closely with partners on transaction strategy, execution, and client delivery.
* Support ongoing client relationship development and contribute to firm-wide business initiatives.

Candidate Profile
* 4–8 years’ PQE in M&A law, gained in a large, mid-sized or boutique corporate law firm in Ireland, London, or another common law jurisdiction.
* Strong technical grounding in corporate and transactional law.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Confident communicator with a collaborative approach and client-focused mindset.
* Ambitious, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to a busy, respected practice.
