EMPOWEREMENT is delighted to partner with a leading professional services firm to hire an ambitious Technology Risk Assurance manager to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of IT risk assurance engagements including IT audits and non-audit assignments
* Assess IT controls (general & automated) and system-generated reports across ERP environments (SAP, Oracle etc.)
* Deliver advisory services in regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, DORA etc.), cybersecurity, operating model governance, 3rd party risk management and resilience planning
* Support audit teams in identifying IT dependencies and leveraging technology controls.
* Manage and coach high-performing junior team members
* Prepare and review audit workpapers, risk assessments, and client reports.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships.
Experience:
* Professional qualification (CISA, CIA, ACA) and undergraduate degree in relevant discipline
* Minimum of 5+ years in IT Audit or Technology risk
* Strong knowledge of IT Risk frameworks (ISO 27001, COBIT etc.)
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday etc.)
* Exposure to SOX, PCAOB and other regulatory IT reviews
* Experience managing a high performing team
* Superior communication skills
*Candidates not living in Ireland will not be considered for this position
**This role is based in a hybrid environment with 3 days on-site in Dublin city centre
