Due to internal changes, a proactive and organised Team Assistant / Office Manager role has arisen. This central position ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, while also providing key support to the wider team in areas such as travel coordination, client interaction, and office culture.
You'll report directly to the Executive Assistant and enjoy significant autonomy. You'll play a key part in shaping office culture, managing relationships with external suppliers, and organising team events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations and supplier liaison
• Coordinate domestic and international travel for the team
• Organise and execute internal team events and culture-building initiatives
• Provide high-level client-facing support as needed
• Support the Executive Assistant and wider team with various administrative tasks
• Help evolve the role as the business continues to grow
About You:
You may currently be working in a similar team support or office management role, or you might be a high-calibre corporate receptionist with advanced MS Office skills, ready to take the next step in your career. A background in hospitality or client service will be highly valued.
