Job Title:Talent Acquisition Team LeadLocation:GalwayIndustry:Regulated ManufacturingExperience Required:8+ yearsOverview:Our client, a leading regulated manufacturing organisation based in Galway, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to oversee recruitment strategy, manage a high-performing TA team, and drive best-practice hiring processes across the site.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring delivery of high-quality hiring outcomes.Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned to business needs in a regulated manufacturing environment.Partner closely with HR, hiring managers, and senior leadership to support workforce planning.Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.Analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support continuous process optimisation.Represent the company brand through effective candidate engagement and employer branding initiatives.Requirements:Minimum 8 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior specialist role.Track record of hiring within regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharma, manufacturing) highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (HR degree strongly preferred).Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience working in fast-paced and compliance-driven environments.
