We are committed to setting industry standards and providing exceptional service on every project.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Dublin to cover the region for a Contract Manager. The Contract Manager will oversee landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts, ensure high-quality project execution, and manage teams to meet project deadlines and client expectations. Daily responsibilities include project planning, budget management, coordinating with clients and team members, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining effective vendor relationships. The role also involves quality assurance and addressing any project-related issues promptly.QualificationsExperience in project management, scheduling, and contract administrationStrong leadership and team management skills, including conflict resolution and motivationKnowledge of landscaping, grounds maintenance, and facility management practicesFamiliarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standardsExcellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skillsProficiency in time management and problem-solvingProject management and reporting experience desirable.Business Management, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Grounds Maintenance experience or a related field is preferredProven experience in the landscaping or construction industry is a plus
