Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join our clients team on a 2-month temporary contract. This office-based role will provide essential HR support, including scheduling interviews, assisting with onboarding, managing assessments, performing data entry, and general HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
2. Support onboarding processes for new employees
3. Assist with assessments and HR documentation
4. Perform accurate data entry and maintain HR records
5. Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements:
6. Previous experience in HR or administrative support preferred
7. Strong organisational and communication skills
8. Attention to detail and ability to work independently
9. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
