Job Opportunity:
* Lead a portfolio of liability claims, ensuring each case is managed effectively in line with our company's methodologies.
* Proactively work on cases to achieve settlements within designated authority levels, adhering to established standards and procedures.
* Evaluate claims against relevant criteria and experience to identify potential issues and involve colleagues as necessary to minimize leakage and protect business interests.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting efficiently, courteously, and promptly to meet high standards of satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Organize and utilize approved suppliers to drive proactive settlement of claims.
* Contribute to the development of less experienced colleagues to enhance skills and expertise across the team.
* Collaborate in identifying and researching new product and proposition opportunities to ensure claims components are feasible and suitable for target customers.
* Support Portfolio and Sales & Marketing colleagues by providing insights to improve policy wordings and participating in client reviews.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and market developments.
* Adhere consistently to Claims Best Practice principles.
Requirements:
* CIP/ACII or other recognized qualifications
* 2-3 years' experience in Injury & Liability Claims
* Knowledge of local markets
* Operate within individual claims handling licenses
* Customer service experience in financial services industries
* Excellent communication skills
