Project Delivery Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Expert to lead client-side services in the Water Sector in Ireland. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and risk as part of a major capital investment programme.
* Ensure projects meet their delivery dates and progress through approvals and gate processes.
* Carry out regular reviews of project progress, budgets, changes, risks, and issues, and ensure reports and scorecards are produced and circulated.
* Manage stakeholders and develop cost estimates.
* Contribute to capturing project performance data and resolve commercial and contracting issues.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in Construction / Infrastructure sector on similar-sized projects.
* Previous experience in Wastewater/water treatment and contract administration desirable but not required.
* Relevant third-level qualification in engineering or related discipline.
* Strong knowledge & experience of project management methodologies.
* Experience operating on-site an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Report writing skills.
* Computer literacy.
