Key Responsibilities
1. To deliver high-quality training programmes and carry out duties with innovation and flair in a person-centred environment.
2. Provide systematic training according to specified curricula; maintain records required for effective monitoring of learners' progress; and produce reports on same, as required.
3. Carry out one-to-one key working and assist in developing Individual Action Plans, supporting personal choices according to programme specification.
4. Evaluate learners' rehabilitative and vocational needs and produce profiles of those needs.
What We're Looking For
* Education and Training to third level standard.
* Specific training qualification such as Train the Trainer.
* Experience of working in a specialised training environment.
* Experience of working with people with intellectual disabilities and ASD.
Duties and responsibilities may be subject to review and amendment to meet changing service needs.
