Job Title: Grade IV Clerical Officer - Service and Integration Team.

Location: Dublin

Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary (3 Months)

Hourly Rate: €19.37

Start Date: As soon as possible

About the Role:

A clerical officer is required for a new team responsible for carrying out a series of critical checks across multiple domains to ensure vendor compliance and reliability. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Grade IV Clerical Officer to join this team on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful oversight work in a dynamic public sector environment. The successful candidate will support the delivery of administrative functions across domains such as service delivery, financial stability, information governance, safety, reputation, and trust.

Key Responsibilities:


* Carry out administrative and clerical duties related to the vendor assessment process
* Maintain accurate records and manage documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements
* Support the preparation and formatting of reports and data for internal use
* Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders and assist in follow-up activities
* Contribute to the development and standardisation of administrative processes within the team
* Ensure high levels of confidentiality and compliance with relevant guidelines and data protection standards
* Use internal systems to record, track and manage data efficiently

Essential Requirements:

* Proven administrative experience in a busy, structured environment
* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident communicator with both written and verbal communication
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Desirable:

* Knowledge or experience using SAP or other enterprise systems
* Previous experience in a compliance, audit, or vendor management environment
