As a key player in our company's Northwest expansion, the Payroll Officer role is a critical component of our overall success.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and processing all aspects of the payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.

* Develop and maintain efficient payroll processes for weekly and monthly employees
* Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies, providing expert solutions to supervisors and employees
* Integrate and update time and attendance systems linked to Sage Micropay Payroll
* Register new employees on Time Management systems and generate daily reports for shop floor operations
* Facilitate Company / Employee Payments / Expenses through online banking software
* Compile and submit monthly P30s and yearly P60s to the Company Accountant
* Prepare letters for PPS numbers, bank applications, mortgage requests, and other ad hoc employee needs

In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to optimize payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
