to join our team and ensure that our rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
Ensure all guest amenities and supplies are replenished as required.
Maintain a keen eye for detail in inspecting rooms for any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously.
Work collaboratively with the accommodation and housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Report lost property and any room discrepancies to the supervisor.
Assist in laundry duties as needed.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used properly and stored securely.
Requirements
Previous experience in housekeeping or accommodation services is preferred but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Conducting Deep Cleans of rooms and hotel facilities.
