Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Lead to join our team.
As a key member of the HR team, you will lead the strategy, implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions. Your primary focus will be on enhancing talent acquisition capabilities through Workday Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute an HR technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and HR strategy.
* Lead the implementation, configuration and ongoing optimization of the Workday Recruiting module.
* Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT and cross-functional teams to identify and deliver technology solutions that streamline recruiting processes and improve the candidate experience.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in information systems, human resources, business administration or a related field.
* Proven experience leading Workday Recruiting implementations and optimizations.
* Broad experience in HR technology management including other Workday modules or platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
