Manage and Mentor the Automation/OT Team
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Automation/OT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of engineers, providing coaching, setting performance objectives, and fostering team development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of engineers and coordinate resource planning
* Drive growth initiatives and enhance productivity and compliance
* Develop software modules and manage system integration, validation, and support services
* Maintain regulatory standards and design training for end-users
* Oversee SCADA, PLC, DCS engineering and handle change controls, complex system issues, and long-term maintenance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related area
Experience:
8-10 years in FDA/HPRA-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environments
Leadership:
Proven experience in managing projects and people
Technical skills:
Expertise in batch processing, SCADA/DCS/PLC integration, and regulatory standards
Success in automation:
Demonstrated success in leading validated systems and major automation upgrades
