This role will be responsible for managing a comprehensive program of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable results.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple concurrent HR projects and initiatives from inception to completionDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationsCreate and implement project management methodologies and best practicesMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesCoordinate with stakeholders across various levels and departmentsPrepare and present regular status reports to senior managementDrive change management initiatives and ensure successful adoptionManage vendor relationships and third-party partnershipsFacilitate cross-functional team meetings and workshopsDevelop and maintain project documentation and communication plansQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field7+ years of project management experiencePMP certification or equivalent project management certificationStrong understanding of project management methodologies and toolsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsProven track record of successfully delivering complex projectsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (JIRA preferably)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with budget management and resource allocationPreferred QualificationsSix Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)Background in HR transformation projectsExperience in financial services or similar corporate environmentChange management certification (PROSCI or similar)Agile/Scrum certificationExperience with HR systems implementationKnowledge of portfolio management principlesSkills And CompetenciesOutstanding leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesStrategic thinking and decision-making capabilitiesAdaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environmentStrong presentation and facilitation skillsDetail-oriented with excellent follow-throughOur BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
