Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage commercial property sales and leasing, as well as company asset and portfolio management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business studies or a relevant discipline and be fully qualified with chartered surveyor credentials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage property sales and leasing negotiations to ensure maximum value for the organisation
* Coordinate new site acquisitions and development projects
* Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders
* Support multi-annual budgeting processes
* Manage credit control activities
* Review commercial proposals
* Oversee compliance reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3rd level degree (or above) qualified in business studies or a relevant discipline
* Fully qualified chartered surveyor - SCSI and/or RICS
* 3-5+ years experience in a commercially focused property sales or leasing role
* Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to engage and network with people at all levels of seniority
* Strong IT and analytical skills
* Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines and within budget
Benefits:

* Up to 70k base salary with a strong additional benefits package
Work Environment:
The role will be primarily office-based, five days a week, but with some flexibility for working from home depending on business needs.
