We are inviting applications for a Jr Sous Chef to join our team at The Stables Brasserie Kitchen. Candidates should have relevant experience in a similar luxury envirment and a passion for food. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining high standards of food preparation and service.
- Ensuring food quality and safety guidelines (HACCP) are met.
- In conjunction with Head Chef Llading and overseeing the kitchen team.
- Contributing to guest satisfaction through quality service.
The role requires strong teamwork, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Senior CDP or Jr Sous Chef.
- Proven knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software.
- A culinary degree or related certification is a plus.
This is a full-time position, including weekends and evenings.
