We are seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our busy F&B outlets, including restaurant service, bar operations, banqueting, and hotel events. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership experience who is ready to take the next step in their management career.
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting service standards, coaching teams, and driving the smooth running of all F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing all Food & Beverage outlets
Lead, motivate, and support F&B teams across bar, restaurant, and banqueting
Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction at all times
Manage daily operations, staffing levels, and floor supervision
Support training, performance management, and team development
Assist with rota planning, stock control, and cash management
Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and brand standards
Work closely with the Kitchen, Events, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Contribute to operational improvements and new F&B initiatives
Uphold the hotel’s service culture and enhance guest experience across all touchpoints
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Previous experience as an Assistant F&B Manager, F&B Supervisor, or equivalent leadership role
Strong team leadership and people-management skills
Experience in high-volume or hotel Food & Beverage operations
Strong communication and organisational skills
A passion for exceptional customer service
Ability to support and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
Desirable
Experience in 4-star hotel operations or within a branded hotel group
Knowledge of banqueting, conferences, and event service
Strong financial awareness, cost control, and stock management skills
