As a Business Acceptance Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop test plans, and execute comprehensive testing strategies. Your keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills will help us deliver exceptional products that exceed our clients' expectations, while also providing you with valuable experience across all functional areas to broaden your skill set.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand and clarify business requirements.
2. Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, SRAs, and user stories.
3. Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
4. Participate in development meetings with operational representatives to understand new functionalities and their impact on operational processes.
5. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to understand key customer operations processes, involving shadowing and working with various Customer Operations functions to enhance skills.
6. Assist and collaborate with team members to successfully complete collective tasks.

Experience, Qualifications & Background
* Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel a plus.
* Familiarity with Clearstream's products and services is advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational abilities.
* Outstanding communication skills and willingness to network beyond the Operations team.
* Experience with Summit, Agile methodologies, and testing tools such as JIRA is a plus.
