About Your New Job
As Service Lead, you will oversee and develop a team of E&I Technicians and Electricians responsible for operating and maintaining equipment.
You will work closely with the Technical Service Manager to manage the team on a daily basis.
Your primary responsibilities include providing strong technical leadership while balancing customer and people management.
You will ensure planned and reactive maintenance is carried out as required, adhering to best practices.
In addition, you will assess works carried out, provide feedback, and ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.
You will also identify training needs within the team and schedule necessary training sessions.
Furthermore, you will guarantee proper documentation is prepared prior to service jobs and maintain health and safety standards.
You will support the Commercial team with technical advice as needed and contribute to building a strong engineering culture.
What Skills You Need
* Proven experience in leading and developing technical teams.
* Strong technical background in E&I and electrical systems.
