With a strong market presence, ambitious growth plans, and a collaborative team culture, this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a tangible impact within a fast‑paced and dynamic beauty business.About the roleWe are looking for a highly competent Sales Manager to take ownership of the Pharmacy Channel in Ireland. This role is responsible for driving growth and market share through the effective leadership of the sales team and the development of strong, strategic customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of the territory performance across Pharmacy in the region. Key metrics including journey planning adherence, volume, revenue, availability, visibility, and in store merchandising executional standards.In this channel role, the SM will directly manage the sales team field force and merchandisers in the Region.Maintain and enhance a team of high achievers by developing the key sales competencies within the team including selling, merchandising excellence and relationship management skills.Work closely with key stakeholders across business to align on strategy, commercials, and budget achievement.Set and implement Monthly Sales team targets and KPI’s in line with budgets.Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with Key accounts.Act as the primary point of contact for Key accounts.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, product).Resolve account issues quickly and effectively.Track key account metrics and performance.Key Personal Requirements2+ years sales management/ key account experience.Understanding of the Irish Retail industry.Commercially astute with relevant experience.A resilient self‑starter with a result driven work ethic.Strong communicator with a proven ability at leadership and managing a team.High level of IT proficiency: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.Candidates must be eligible to drive in the Island of Ireland and have a full clean drivers’ license.
