It's a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive who's excited by the idea of working on standout residential projects and helping to bring these communities to life.Package details:Base salary up to €55,00010% bonus5% pensionHealthcareResponsibilities:Make sure all on-site marketing materials, including hoarding, signage, showhouses and development branding, are installed on time and looking their best.Work with the signage team, interior designer and Sales Agent to ensure the sales office is set up as planned, with all branding and furnishings ready for launch.Liaise with site teams to ensure show homes are snag-free and fully presentable ahead of any sales release.Support the Sales and Marketing Managers by reviewing campaign content, approving ads and keeping an eye on spend.Help prepare the sales launch strategy and ensure all marketing activity is aligned.Manage the marketing budget, including invoice tracking and reconciliation.Pull together sales guides for agents in advance of each launch.Work closely with appointed agents to ensure SANs and other key documents arrive on time.Coordinate with external designers to make sure development brochures are accurate, especially floorplans and finishes.Key skills required:Minimum 3 years new homes experienceFull clean drivers license and vehicle.For more information on this role or to schedule a call, please contact Odilija directly.
