At Together Dental Norwich Blenheim Road we can offer a part-time Locum Dentist position with flexible working days to suit you.
Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent patient care in a supportive, collaborative team environment.
* Work with the lead clinician and clinical director to discuss cases and patient issues; participate in case discussions and seek second opinions as appropriate.
* Utilise available specialists for more complex cases and engage with the clinical support group as needed.
What We Offer
* A part-time Locum Dentist position on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Practice opening hours are from 8:00am to 6:00pm and 8:00am to 5:00pm on Friday & Saturday, with flexibility to adjust hours or days.
* Day rate of £450 with a target of 25 UDAs and additional rates for overachievement.
* Any private work completed paid at a 50% private rate.
* Inclusive, friendly and supportive team to enable you to deliver excellent patient care.
You will be joining a team with strong support, including established patient base, access to the clinical support group, Regional Manager and Clinical Director, training support (possible financial help), and a lead clinician available to assist with case discussions and patient issues.
* Access to supporting specialists for more complex cases.
* Internal marketing system actively promotes dentists\' special interests to direct patients for specific treatments.
Practice Details
Together Dental Norwich Blenheim Road is a fully equipped 3-surgery mixed NHS and private practice located on the outskirts of Norwich, with easy access to the centre. The practice is fully air conditioned with free roadside parking and has high-quality equipment and materials to support high-quality patient care.
* Fully computerised with modern, well-equipped surgeries in a large practice.
* A dedicated staff room with kitchen facilities and lockers.
* Excellent team morale with long-standing clinical and non-clinical staff.
* Ethos of collaboration: dentists/hygienists discuss cases for second opinions, treatment planning or assistance.
* Dedicated management structure to sort issues swiftly.
* Digital X-rays, patient portal and online booking and payment system.
* Rotary Endodontic Equipment with apex locators for NHS and Private care.
* iTero, Implant Motor, Airflow, CBCT Scanner.
* Excellent equipment regularly serviced and maintained; wide range of materials available.
* Air-conditioned surgeries with air purifiers and hygienists available daily to support dentists.
* Access to treatments including composite bonding, implants and Invisalign.
