Job Role:
An Insurance Advisor plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Delivery: Provide outstanding service to existing and new customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
2. Sales and Retention: Achieve targets for new business and retention through effective selling and retention strategies.
3. Policy Execution: Process policy amendments efficiently, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
4. Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling, referrals, and business growth.
5. Call Handling: Manage a high volume of calls efficiently, meeting call answering objectives and exceeding customer expectations.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared targets and goals.
7. Compliance: Adhere to established systems and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
8. Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Personal Lines and Commercial product ranges and associated compliance requirements.
Requirements:
