Job Description:
Treallant benefits specialists are essential to the administration and communication of our benefits program in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. They have overall responsibility for plan options, policy features, enrollment, and other requirements.

This role requires a high level of customer service when troubleshooting employee issues. The specialist will partner with the Human Resources team on compensation and benefit matters.

The main responsibilities include administering regional benefits programs that encompass medical, dental, vision care, disability coverage, life insurance policies,
other benefit plans or accounts commuting costs retirement schemes ensuring accuracy compliance with laws regulations company procedures;
