As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the gastropub, ensuring smooth daily operations, team leadership, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service while supporting the growth and reputation of the business. Duties & Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including food & beverage service, staffing, and customer relations. Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team to ensure excellent service standards. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize profitability. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold the gastropub's high culinary standards. Drive innovation and improvement while ensuring consistency in service delivery. Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager or senior management role within the hospitality sector. Strong background in gastropub operations with a passion for food and service excellence. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and deliver results. IT proficiency (MS Office, POS systems, and hospitality software). Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. Must be living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI.
