As Tax Accountant, you will report to the Group Tax Manager and will have the opportunity to play an influential role during an exciting time in an ambitious and expanding company. The role will involve a mix of tax advisory and compliance and will offer opportunities for professional growth and development. Roles and responsibilities Tax planning and compliance in Ireland, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and any new jurisdictions. Tax planning related to internal reorganisations. Working closely with Finance team to ensure proper accounting in statutory and group accounts. Pillar II forecasting and analysis. Group VAT - compliance and support for operations. Assist with Revenue audits, queries, and correspondence. Monitor Irish and international tax developments and assess business impact. Preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation. The person should be a great fit within the existing team and continue developing Dalata's positive culture. Qualifications, skills, experience and attitude required for the role Chartered Tax Advisor qualification, or similar. Chartered Accountant or similar qualification an advantage. 3+ years of experience in a tax role. Exposure to listed entities or large corporates. Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable reviewing documents such as committee minutes, M&A documentation, financing agreements and other legal documents.
