The Manager of Renewal SaaS Sales will oversee and lead a team of renewal account executives to ensure high customer retention rates, identify growth opportunities, and optimize renewal processes. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and maximizing net revenue retention.Collaborate with customer success, account management, and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience. 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or renewal sales, with at least 1+ years in a leadership role managing teams.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
