Job Title: Operations Director

About the Role:
This is a senior leadership position with strong emphasis on operational efficiency, effective people management and overall factory floor performance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire production lifecycle from machining through to final dispatch.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and lead a team effectively and make informed decisions under pressure. A focus on quality control, safety standards and employee development are also essential requirements for this role.
Educational Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
A professional certification in Operations Management would be an added advantage but not mandatory. Relevant experience may compensate for any gaps in education.
The selected individual must have a proven track record of success in operations management roles within manufacturing environments preferably at managerial levels.
