We are currently seeking an experienced Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our team at a 4 star hotel in Kildare. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage all aspects of meetings, conferences, and special events
* Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
* Coordinate with various hotel departments, including catering, housekeeping, and front office
* Plan and execute meetings, conferences, weddings, and other events
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field
* Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
