Warehouse Manager
Leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations in their North Dublin distribution centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced professional to lead a warehouse team, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Ideally, you will come from a 3PL background and have experience managing multiple client accounts. This position is also open to experienced Warehouse Supervisors from a 3PL environment who are looking to take the next step in their career while bringing strong people management and systems expertise.
You will take a proactive approach to leadership and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, optimising workflows, and fostering a high-performance culture. Your ability to drive efficiency, maintain operational standards, and motivate your team will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily warehouse operations within a fast-paced 3PL environment.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Lead, train, and develop a team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
4. Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
5. Manage inventory accuracy, stock control, and warehouse organisation.
6. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.
7. Work closely with transport and customer service teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
8. Analyse operational data to drive improvements and report key performance metrics.
9. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager in a 3PL or logistics environment.
2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of team development.
3. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and stock control processes.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced setting.
5. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
6. Ability to drive performance improvements and implement process enhancements.
7. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
