Responsibilities:
">

1. Team Leadership: Organise the work of the team, assigns tasks, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities and ensures timely and accurate completion of the work.
">
2. AML Compliance: Responds to internal and external inquiries related to Anti Money Laundering requirements for investors. May review procedural requirements and recommend appropriate procedural changes where applicable.
">
3. Training and Development: Participates in developing training material and lead training partners within the department including new hires.
">
4. Performance Management: Conducts performance management and career development processes, and staffing and disciplinary actions.
">
5. Problem Solving: Resolves problems, identifies the most appropriate solution and may establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
">
6. Quality Control: Actively participates in AML operations quality control review of investor documentation for investors, including the review of investor documentation in adherence with Northern Trust's AML policy and procedures.
