The Job
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, playing a significant role across all business operations to ensure ongoing growth and success.
Your responsibilities will include sourcing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, managing relationships with third-party suppliers, overseeing purchasing and pricing initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating on cross-functional projects, leading your team, and advising senior leadership on operational KPIs.
Your Skills & Experience
* Third-level degree in a relevant discipline.
* 7-8+ years of leadership experience in telecoms or related sectors.
* Strong project management skills.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
* Strong IT knowledge, multitasking ability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
The Offer
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a base salary of approximately €100,000, along with full benefits and bonus. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, suitable for candidates outside Limerick. Candidates with restricted visas or requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
