Job Summary
This role oversees the integration of newly acquired entities into our organization, ensuring seamless alignment with established policies, systems, and financial reporting requirements.
As a key liaison between Divisional Finance, operational teams, and acquired businesses, you will drive strategic onboarding plans to streamline processes, remove obstacles, and enhance collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and coordinating the onboarding of newly acquired entities
* Acting as primary liaison between Divisional Finance, operational teams, and acquired businesses
* Developing and executing structured onboarding plans
* Ensuring effective implementation of financial reporting standards, compliance requirements, and group controls
* Collaborating closely with Divisional Finance, HR, IT, Health & Safety, and Operations teams
Additional responsibilities may include acting as a trusted advisor, driving pragmatic solutions to risks and issues, and contributing to the development of integration playbooks and tools.
