Your RoleIn this position, you will own the development and performance of all sales activities in Ireland. Acting as a true brand ambassador, you will build strong partnerships throughout the value chain and actively contribute to DUCO’s long-term success in the Irish market.Key ResponsibilitiesGrow and strengthen the DUCO brand across Ireland, engaging with installers, distributors, consultants, and housebuilders.Actively support and advise distributors and installers, ensuring they are confident advocates of DUCO solutions.Prescribe DUCO products and USPs to consultants and housebuilders by informing, advising, and answering technical and commercial questions.Work closely with distributors by: Providing product training Supporting them with technical or commercial challenges Identifying, tracking, and following up on project opportunities Visit, train, and support installers who generate demand and purchase DUCO products through our distributor network.Maintain strong market awareness by monitoring local developments and identifying new residential projects involving mechanical ventilation and solar shading.Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding turnover targets in Ireland.Act as the voice of the Irish market by sharing insights, trends, and customer feedback with product managers to support future product development.Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, supported by internal sales teams at our Belgian head office.Use the CRM system to accurately log sales visits, accounts, and leads, ensuring data quality and timely reporting.Report directly to the Sales Manager UK & Ireland.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in residential HVAC, ideally with a focus on residential ventilation.A true hunter mentality: driven, proactive, and motivated to win new business.Energetic, enthusiastic, and commercially sharp.Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.A collaborative team player who actively shares knowledge and insights.Based in or near Dublin, with flexibility and willingness to travel across Ireland.What We OfferA competitive salary package with attractive commission potential.Comprehensive onboarding, product training, and ongoing professional development.A collaborative working environment with strong internal sales support.Access to a diverse, high-quality product portfolio.
