Chef Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef Manager to lead our culinary operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of high-quality food according to the highest standards.
* Supervision of culinary and catering teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Overseeing the efficiency of all in-unit catering operations, including inventory management and budget monitoring.
* Liaising with customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
* Supporting and training teams to ensure everyone can excel in their role.
* Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
* A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
* Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Holding a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
* Excellent financial acumen and communication skills.
* An ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill.
