Job DescriptionNetwork & Security Engineer (Aruba ClearPass)Location: DublinType: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: €75,000 – €95,000 We're partnering with an organisation who are looking to add a Network & Security Engineer with a strong specialism in Aruba ClearPass. This role sits in a delivery-focused engineering team supporting large, regulated environments across Ireland.The position is hands-on and technical, with a primary focus on network access control, secure campus networking, and identity-aware network design, working closely with both internal teams and enterprise customers. The RoleDesign, implement, and support Aruba ClearPass solutions across enterprise and campus environmentsDeliver secure NAC, 802.1X, profiling, posture, and guest access use casesIntegrate ClearPass with wider network and security platforms (firewalls, identity providers, SIEM where applicable)Support secure wired and wireless networks built on Aruba and Juniper technologiesParticipate in design workshops, technical troubleshooting, and solution optimisationProduce and maintain high-quality technical documentation and network designsOperate within environments aligned to recognised security and compliance frameworksEngage with stakeholders across engineering, delivery, and customer teamsExperience & SkillsRequired:Strong hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass (policy management, enforcement, troubleshooting)Background as a Network & Security Engineer in enterprise or regulated environmentsExperience working within security-aligned organisations (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI, SOX, etc.)Solid understanding of enterprise networking fundamentals (routing, switching, wireless)Ability to document designs and solutions clearly (Visio, Word, diagrams)Comfortable working across multiple Dublin-based sites when requiredCertifications (or equivalent experience):Aruba ClearPass / Aruba Networking at Professional levelJuniper or Aruba networking certifications beneficial Nice to HaveExposure to Juniper enterprise networking and security platformsExperience with other security vendors (Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco, etc.)CISSP, CEH, or similar security certificationExperience supporting customers in compliance-driven environments
