Job Title: Foreman Shopfitting & Interiors
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and coordinate on-site operations for high-quality commercial and retail fit-out projects, particularly in the Retail sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Suitable candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, project managers, and design teams.
* Supervise and coordinate on-site teams of tradespeople and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee that all work is completed to the required quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide timely updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
* Manage daily site operations, including scheduling, inventory, and material requisitions to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies, such as project management tools and building information modelling (BIM), would be advantageous in this role.
