Nurse Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Nurse to lead our team as a Nurse Manager in Orthopaedics. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct a team of nurses in providing superior patient care.
* Develop and implement comprehensive nursing policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records and reports.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* NMBI registered Nurse with 3-5 years post-registration experience in Surgical Orthopaedic Nursing.
* CNM1 or CNM2 qualification desirable but not essential.
