Manufacturing Operations Manager
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum level 7 degree qualification or equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering.
1. A strong background in hands-on production management, with at least 5-7 years of experience leading teams of 30+ employees
2. Metal fabrication expertise is essential. Proficiency in lean principles and waste reduction strategies is desirable.
3. Familiarity with excel software is required

Creation of recovery plans when output targets are not met Investigation/repeat issues to drive lean initiatives throughout facilities Set Safety Standards Monitor/implement Quality Standards Work Engineering design work Supply Chain liaison on schedules System oriented individual Report driven high attention detail H&S focused demonstrate lean manufacturing results driven resilient manage change challenges
