TEMPORARY POSITION FROM SEPT TO DEC INCLUSIVE
Responsibilities
* Baking and portioning baked goods to a high standard.
* Pack baked goods and organize into crates for delivery.
* Follow recipes but also innovate and assist with new ideas and recipe testing.
* Follow instructions, but also have initiative to work efficiently alone and proceed to next tasks.
* Ensure all products meet the quality standard required by the company.
* Liaise with management and other team members to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen environment.
* Process incoming and out going orders.
* Have excellent time management skills.
* Products include tarts, traybakes, scones, sponges, cookies, cheesecakes, meringues, occasion cakes.
The ideal candidate
* Hard working, flexible, and adaptable team player.
* Experience of 1+ years in a similar role.
* Passion for good food and quality produce, taking pride in your own work.

Hours and shifts
* Flexible shifts and hours across the day and week.
* Usually Monday, Thursday and Friday only may be required to work on occasional weekends.
* Required to work additional hours over the duration of the Christmas period.
Notes
* This role is best suited for somebody who has a keen interest in the bakery / culinary world and wants to learn and gain more experience while working alongside an awesome team.
* Training will be provided.
* Free Parking is available on site, driving is the most convenient way to reach us. DART / LUAS BUS routes are within walking distance
