Overview

Corporate Sales Administrator - Limerick, Dublin or Belfast. Join Sysco Ireland for a role that supports the Corporate Account Management Unit with administrative tasks, reporting and customer service coordination.

Responsibilities

* Supporting the CMU team with administrative and reporting requests and queries
* Ensuring that KPIs are managed and maintained on accounts
* Liaising with head office and customers regarding day-to-day issues and responding in a timely manner
* Coordinating with customer service and head office operations teams on service levels
* Liaising with telesales, merchandising, purchasing and operations regarding new listing, nominated lines and promotional and seasonal cycles
* Maintaining and building relationships with site managers and chefs of specific commercial accounts
* Administration of commercial account projects to ensure timely and effective completion
* Generating reports daily using a range of software applications
* Being responsible and flexible to ensure customers\' needs are met


Requirements

* Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Proven customer relationship skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
* Proven reporting skills and ability to analyse reports
* Fluent in English - written and spoken
* Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
