Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute targeted sales plans to grow revenue and increase market share in the Midlands.
* Proactively identify and engage new customers, including builders, contractors, and developers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to boost retention and spend.
* Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events to build rapport and raise brand presence in the region.
* Monitor local construction trends, competitor activity, and client needs to shape your sales strategy.
* Understand the full product portfolio and guide clients toward the best solutions for their projects.
As a successful candidate, you will have:
* 3-5+ years' experience in business development or field sales, within building materials, construction, or trade sectors
* Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
* Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the construction industry
* A proactive, strategic, and results-focused approach
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
