We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our Cloud Native Infrastructure team. The candidate will possess a strong technical background in AWS infrastructure, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), and advanced security solutions, and will have experience building infrastructure and platforms across multiple cloud regions. In this role, the manager will drive the development and execution of our Cloud Native Infrastructure to ensure a robust, secure cloud platform for building and managing cloud‑native applications and infrastructure. This is a hybrid role requiring in‑office presence two days per week at our Dublin city center location.A Day In The Life (Responsibilities)Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for our Cloud Native infrastructure, aligned with the overall company vision and customer needs.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer feedback.Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the short‑term and long‑term strategy for the Cloud Platform.Product Delivery: Oversee the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and external partners.Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with security, compliance, R&D teams, and acquisition companies to ensure platform success and integration.Accelerate Infrastructure Delivery: Drive adoption of AI‑assisted tooling to enhance infrastructure development workflows, including IaC authoring, review, and operational automation.What You'll Need To Thrive (Requirements)Product Management Experience3+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in a SaaS company.5+ years of experience in a technical role.Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing products.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Technical ExpertiseProven experience with AWS infrastructure.Deep understanding of Software‑Defined Networking (SDN) principles and technologies.Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and technologies.Experience building foundational infrastructure in a SaaS environment.Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise‑level DNS and IPAM solutions, focused on automation and security.Experience applying AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Claude code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to infrastructure engineering workflows, particularly in IaC development, debugging, and documentation.What Will Help You Stand Out (Nonessential Skills/Nice to Haves)Kubernetes experience an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.AWS certifications are a plus.For roles in the United States, it is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
