The OpportunityWe are offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Book-keeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in delivering work to a high standard. You will work closely with our experienced finance team in a supportive and collaborative setting, contributing to the smooth and accurate running of our financial operations.What You Will Deliver•Generate and post client sales invoices, ensuring accurate reconciliation of same.•Process creditor invoices and maintain up-to-date reconciliations.•Prepare and submit VAT returns for Republic Of Ireland and Northern Ireland.•Manage RCT / CIS transactions and statutory returns.•Maintain and document accurate financial records in line with internal controls.•Provide general financial and administrative support to the wider office team.What You Bring•A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a Bookkeeping or similar finance role.•A strong eye for detail and a commitment to high levels of accuracy.•Working knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.•Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data handling and reporting.•Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.•An accountancy-related qualification, experience within the construction sector, and cross-border knowledge of VAT and RCT / CIS is highly desirable.What We Offer•Competitive salary package aligned with your experience.•Pension contributions and wellbeing supports.•A collaborative, safety-first culture built on teamwork, respect, and integrity.•Career growth opportunities within a company that builds what tomorrow stands on.Interested in learning more?
