Lough Rynn Castle is seeking a passionate and talented Breakfast Chef to join our award-winning kitchen team. We are open to applications for someone looking for either full-time or part-time work. This role is suited to a chef with a natural flair for high-quality food, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the preparation, cooking, and service of breakfast, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
* Assist with lunch service and additional duties as directed by the Head Chef.
* Set up and clean down the kitchen before and after breakfast service.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times.
* Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared fresh and on time.
* Follow all recipes and portion guidelines precisely.
* Monitor guest satisfaction, food quality, and cost control on an ongoing basis.
* Uphold personal grooming and appearance standards in line with hotel policies.
* Adhere to all Fire Safety, Health & Safety, and HACCP procedures.
* Attend relevant training sessions and departmental meetings.
