About the Position:
* To succeed in this role, you must develop a thorough understanding of the disease state and translate it into technical specifications.
* You will lead the management of your direct team to deliver on performance, time, and cost targets.
* Develop innovative solutions that address unmet needs in the medical device industry.
* Design test models for prototype performance evaluations
* Built and tested prototypes; analysed test data and interpreted results to identify optimal solutions.

Necessary Qualifications:
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in all stages of medical device design and development (including design with SolidWorks, prototyping, and testing)
* Possession of a mechanical or biomedical engineering degree or equivalent qualification
* A strong foundation in fundamental engineering principles.
