Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in construction and engineering.
* Identify new revenue streams through proactive market engagement and lead generation.
* Create and execute tailored business development strategies for regional accounts.
* Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery.
* Champion the company's product portfolio and value proposition to maximise client engagement.
* Maintain up-to-date CRM and ERP systems with client interactions, quotes, and orders.
* Deliver insightful monthly reports to the leadership team.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to inform sales tactics.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years' experience in a sales or business development role within construction or engineering.
* A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is beneficial.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* A proactive, customer-first mindset with excellent organisational abilities.
